When we interviewed economist and Z Magazine founder Michael Albert last year, we eagerly asked him about Z Communication’s upcoming project, Z Social. The answer was essentially “stay tuned”, but we’ve stayed close to the project in the meantime, intently looking forward to its availability to the general public.
We’re not the only ones. Albert was recently interviewed by VisionOnTV, discussing the radical, de-commercialized version of Facebook with a less-than-enthused interviewer. Despite the unfortunate circumstance, his vision for Z Social and insight into social networking’s systemic problems that “debase human interaction” are articulated in the discussion.
